Carin Koch comes to the LPGA tour via Sweden. Koch put together a very successful amateur career in Sweden winning multiple tournaments. In 1988 she was the Swedish Girl Champion and was also the European Team Junior Champion in 1990. She would also play on the Swedish Telia Tour between 87-91′ and did very well as she never had a finish out of the top 10.

Koch would go on to turn pro in 1992. She would start her pro career on the Ladies European Tour while also playing the Swedish Telia tour aswell and would post 3 wins there , one being the Swedish Matchplay Championship. In 1994 Koch would make a play for the LPGA tour and finish 5th at the Final Qualifying Tournament and earn an exempt status for the 95′ LPGA season.

Carin would start off slow on the LPGA tour from her rookie season in 1995 Koch would not post a victory until 2001. Her game would continue to improve and she would be picked a captain’s pick for the European Solheim Cup in 2002. That same year Koch was also named the sexiest women of the LPGA on a Playboy internet poll , she was even offered to be able to pose nude for Playboy but declined.

Koch continues to make an impact on the LPGA and LET golf tours and even with a little age now she can easily hold her own against the younger golfers on the scene in good looks.
